eLearning
Our team pushes the boundaries of training technologies, resulting in effective and efficient solutions. We think outside the box to continuously improve NATO’s Education and Training through creative instructional strategies that engage and motivate learners.
Analysis
We support eLearning projects from the beginning and actively engage in the analysis-phase of a project. We help identify the best potential learning solutions, ranging from classic eLearning to scenario-based, immersive training.
Design
Instructional design is an art. We use logical and creative thinking to design custom made, learner-centric solutions.
Develop
Our team collaborates to bring the course vision to life, using state of the art authoring tools and high-end multimedia assets.
Implement
Together we implement training solutions by delivering them through NATO’s Joint Advanced Distributed Learning (JADL) portal, which offers all functionalities of a modern Learning Management System.
Evaluate
We maintain and keep our products up-to-date using post-course and institutional reviews.
Using AR/VR in SATCOM training improves the speed of learning as well as efficiency of after-training support since there is less dependency on human instructors/coaches. This capability provides continuous improvement of training because of the ability to capture performance data long after the students have graduated from on-premise training. Content remains available 24/7 to students and is not dependent on instructor availability.
Virtual Distributed Collaboration
Maintenance Specific Task Training
Accelerate Learning
Save time, decrease distractions and enhance memory.
Engage Employees
Have fun, collaborate remotely and increase motivation.
Mobile Delivery
of Microlearning
What is it? Microlearning is the practice of reducing lessons into small, easily-absorbed, bite-sized CHUNKS.
NeNA (NATO eLearning Network Application) is a social microlearning mobile app supplementing NATO’s current education and training system, that allows for just-in-time sequencing of discrete, bite-size learning objectives.
NeNA aids NATO in building congruence among officers and staff around the world by: capturing tacit organizational knowledge; offering accessible in the moment learning; allowing learners to globally connect; and growing to meet NATO’s expanding needs.
NENA provides staff access to learning anywhere, anytime on any Device. Supporting users learning in the flow of work in the staff’s everyday context experience. NENA delivers short bursts of content that supports the larger courses at the moment of learning need. Eliminating time wasting endless searches in unsearchable courses for small amounts of information, only to not find the information the user was seeking.
Video
Use multimedia and video to make knowledge transfer more engaging.
Interactive
Interactive lessons are much more engaging and effective.
Gamification
Scores for correct answers and fastest competition times make learning not feel like learning.
Keep it short
Delivers small chunks of information in under 5 minutes.
Research and Development
The Hologram Virtual Speaker Project
Investigates both the feasibility and acceptance of projecting speakers in full-size at training events. This fully interactive experience provides the audience with a realistic projection of the speaker in full view and able to interact with the audience. The presentations can be done in real-time or on-demand through pre-recorded messages.
