Wargaming Initiative for NATO 2024

The Wargaming Initiative for NATO 2024, co-organised by Germany, France, and Italy, takes place during the first week of September in Hamburg, Germany. Hosted on the premisses of the Helmut Schmidt University of the German Armed Forces, this year’s edition also marks the 200-year anniversary of the Prussian Kriegsspiel.

During two days (3-4 September), the program will include academic and practitioner oriented keynotes, TED-style talks, Culture of Wargaming workshops, high-level panels, and 22 wargames to be played.
