WELCOME TO ALLIED COMMAND TRANSFORMATION

NATO's Strategic Warfare Development Command

Federated Interoperability is a cornerstone for commanding and controlling Alliance capabilities during any NATO mission. Our nations’ militaries must be able to exchange and share data instantaneously, in the right format at the right time and to the right decision maker. Multi-Domain Operations, enabled by Digital Transformation must deliver data-driven decision making at the speed of relevance, equipping NATO commanders with 360-degree situational awareness and the ability to make better decisions, faster. This will not be achieved through a business-as-usual approach; now is the time to seek and exploit opportunities to do things differently.

Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation is pleased to announce the second iteration of the Interoperability 360 degree Workshop (iO360). iO360 is an invitation only, highly focused 3-day workshop that identifies near-term opportunities to align NATO with Digital Transformation and Multi-Domain Operations. The ultimate goal of the iO360 is to adapt and accelerate toward NATO 2030 using results and tangible outputs of Challenge Areas. This year’s iteration of iO360 features three Challenge Areas –

  • Data Centric Security (DCS)
  • Joint Targeting (JT) Data Exchange
  • Common Cross Community-of-Interest Semantics Reference Model (CXCSRM)

iO360 utilizes a highly curated audience of Subject Matter Experts, professionals, and military personnel to engage in focused discussions identifying concrete actions and near-term opportunities These individuals who are willing to engage and agree novel approaches to overcome today’s challenges in order to accelerate tomorrows solutions. These outcomes will also shape and optimize the Command’s future interoperability activities (CWIX, TIDE Sprint, TIDE Hackathon).
