Request for Proposal for Visualization & Gamification Solutions in support of Cyberspace Warfare Development.
Period of Performance: contract signature (estimated 31 August 2026) to 11 December 2026 for the base period corresponding to the first Work Package (WP0), with four (4) option periods corresponding to WP1-4, sequentially, as follows:
Option Period 1 (WP1): ~ 10 weeks
Option Period 2 (WP2): ~ 12 weeks
Option Period 3 (WP3): ~ 6 weeks
Option Period 4 (WP4): ~ 12 weeks.
Bid closing date: Bids shall be received at HQ SACT, Purchasing and Contracting Office, no later than 05 August 2026, 0900 hours, Eastern Standard Time, Norfolk, Virginia, USA. No bids shall be accepted after this date and time. No hard copy proposals will be accepted.
