Ukrainian Navy Vice Admiral Ihor Kniaz, Defence Attache at the Embassy of Ukraine to the United States, meets with Norwegian Army Major General Kjell-Ove Skare, Assistant Chief of Staff Programme and Planning Management, during his visit to Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, May 27.

During his visit, Kniaz met with Royal Navy Vice Admiral Robert Cooling, Allied Command Transformation Chief of Staff, for an office call and participated in briefings by ACT staff members on ACT and its role in the development of the New Strategic Concept and work in developing Counter-Improvised Explosive Devices (C-IED).
