SACT Seminar Combined Event Registration

sact_sem250The link below will take you to the combined registration page for SACT Seminar - Washington DC (February 27th – 29th) and MC Visit – Norfolk (February 29th – March 1st). You will be able to individually select events you wish to attend.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURES FROM VENUES:

As transport support is very limited you are strongly recommended to fly from Brussels on Monday February the 27th , arriving in Washington Dulles (IAD) very early PM.
An alternative flight departs Brussels early AM via Frankfurt arriving at Washington Dulles (IAD) early PM.
Airport pick up and drop off service will be available (upon request in the registration form) to and from Washington Dulles (IAD) on 27 February only. You might want to book your flight, before proceeding with registration. You will need your flight details.
All other movements, required to attend scheduled events will be provided by Coach buses.
A coach will be provided from Norfolk to Washington Dulles (IAD) for the MC Visit only. We suggest that flight from IAD are not arranged before 1745.

HOTELS:

- Washington: Park Hyatt (USD183.00 per night plus taxes)

- Norfolk (MC Visit only): Marriott Waterside (USD 117.00 per night plus taxes)

During registration you will be prompted to book a room. There is no need for you to get in touch with hotel; you do not need a confirmation number once you have registered. As ACT will not be responsible for any double booking, the hotel may ask you to pay twice.

NOTES ON REGISTRATION:

If you have attended other events with us we have your record. Simply use the same credentials (email and password) and your details will be pulled off.

You can access and modify your complete record at any time.
