Seminar Organisation has reserved a block of rooms at the Hotel starting at 120€ for a standard room. (incl. buffet breakfast, free access to Fitness Center, indoor/outdoor swimming pools and sauna, Wi-Fi, room prices + VAT 9% and 1% city tax).
Participants are requested not to contact the Hotel directly; rooms will be assigned upon registration.

Travel

Participants are requested to book their flights on their own responsibility. An early booking is recommended.

Transportation

Transportation from Bucharest Otobeni Airport to the Radisson Blu Hotel will be provided on Wed, 19 Oct (Starting at 12:00) and back on Fri, 21 Oct (Starting at 17:00).
As transportation will be provided at the airport due to the individual information you entered during the registration process,

• Departs Restaurant to the Hotel at 22:00

Security

The Seminar will be held in an UNCLASSIFIED area.
Access control via Seminar Picture Badge (handover at DAC)

Dress code

Dinner 19 Oct: Civil, Jacket/tie
Reception 20 Oct: Service Dress (including jacket/tie)
Seminar 20/21 Oct: Working Uniform (no jacket, short sleeves allowed, no camouflage)
