"Partnership Training and Education Centre"(PTEC) is a national or multi-nationally sponsored facility, recognised by NATO in accordance with the terms of the Concept, which, by the decision of the sponsoring nation(s), conducts education and training activities related to NATO partnership programmes and policies and which is open to Allies and partners.

Basic Principles:

• The proposed activities should fall within the overall scope of NATO partnership policy and support its objectives; in particular, they should enhance Allies/Partner interoperability.
• Partner Centres will offer their activities to all Allies and – in the case of the EAPC/PfP, MD, and ICI partners – to their respective frameworks, on the basis of the principles of transparency and non-discrimination, and are encouraged to open their activities to all other partners.
