Young Professionals Programme

NATO Allied Command Transformation has introduced a Young Professionals Programme (YPP), to offer up to ten (10) unpaid assignments to Nations’ best and brightest students/young professionals (YPs), providing opportunities to participate in a dynamic and strategic military headquarters.

The YPP offers current or recent students an opportunity to gain an understanding of how ACT leads the transformation of the Alliance, by helping Nations, to include partners, improve their military effectiveness and increased interoperability by combining new concepts, capabilities and doctrine with advanced research and technology degrees.  The goal of the YPP is to attract motivated candidates (in possession of a NATO Secret Security Clearance and health and life insurance), to participate in a range of disciplines to include, political science, international affairs, law, security studies, engineering, logistics, human resources, financial administration, information technology, operations research, marketing, journalism and media communications.
