MANDATORY INFORMATION FOR ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER PAYMENT

Method of payment. Payments by NATO HQ SACT under contract, shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) or by exception via check or credit card at the discretion of HQ SACT.
The Contractor is required, as a condition to any payment under contract, to provide HQ SACT with the information required to make payment by EFT within 7 days from receipt of a Purchase Order.
The EFT information shall be provided on the HQ SACT EFT template, a copy of which can be downloaded from the HQ SACT website clicking on Forms/Contractor Travel.
